Seller is false advertising
i got the messages where I caught em in a lie that proves it was intentional that he lied and sent a completely different card than the one in the pictures and now he has the same picture again relisted to trick more ppl with it. He even tried to lie and blame it on the top loader as you can see they are two completely different cards they werent packaged the same by the company, one has the seam on the left and the other has the seam leaning towards the right, if you put them side by side one is upside down if you look at both there is no possible way this is the one in the picture and a top loader wouldn't do all this damage to the seal or make the seem switch sides bc its intact in one side only

I am sorry that you had a bad seller. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record.
You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.
Select the return item button on this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item?id=4041
Doesn't match pictures or description.
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
See this link to the USPS website that shows which countries have delivery confirmation for 1st class international packages.
