Seller is deleted due to policy, the seller sent me 0.01 euro refund for an item costs 356 eur
I have an order with cost of 356 euro, Seller sent me many messages that I should get in touch with payment provider for full refund, and I should not get in touch with Ebay. Selelr sent me only 0.01 euro for refund. and I can see that seller is deleted by Ebay due to confilict of policy.
I have no idea, what I can do now. I cant reach any ebay customer care service,
