Seller is defaulting on sending correct item ordered!
Item ordered on eBay was a Golf Swing Trainer. I have proof of the order with the item.
Seller shipped a Battery Charger that I can confirm based on the Tracking Number the Seller gave me and the USPS delivered.
I do not need or want a Battery Charger.
All I want is the correct item.
Order was placed on February 23 and as of today, April 8th, I have no delivery!!!!!!!
Seller is out of touch with the issue and is trying to delay correcting the issue.
The Seller is not dependable and should be removed from doing business on eBay.
eBay has offered help 2 or 3 times, but nothing has been done! eBay has not been helpful!
Seller is now aware that he/she made a mistake but will not correct it or make it good.
Any further suggestions?
