Seller is Deceiving Byer with duplicate apple and returning item as well not refunding back to buyer
Multiple sellers selling Apple Air Pods Pro3 with duplicate Apple receipt.
Purchase Apple Air Pods Pro3 from FL with purchase receipt from Apple, with in 5 minutes found another seller selling Air Pods Pro3 with same apple receipt from NC, both receipts have same transaction id, same day, same time, purchase in TX.
What and how could this happens, Seller 1 is in FL, Seller 2 is in NC, and both purchased in TX and both have same receipt, transaction, same day, same time?
I immediately contacted both seller asking why both you and another seller have same receipt and same transaction? an please cancel this purchase.
Seller from NC, cancel and refunded per my message,
Seller from FL, sent me note can't cancel purchase even purchase was only 5 minutes.
Finally purchased item (Apple Air Pod pro3) from FL, when I Opened shipping, it was used item and disappointed it was Air Pod pro2, Not the one I paid for Apple Air Pods Pro3.
I wrote seller, Hello I purchased and paid for Air Pods Pro3 but you sent me Pro2 along with multiple pictures.
Seller wants to haggle, finally I sent message through eBay case open, then he accepted and told eBay he sent $20 discount, I rejected offer.
Then he said eBay he sent return label, which seller never sent pre-paid return label, only return address.
I keep asking Seller to send me pre-paid label since it was not my mistake, Never responded I sent over 10 messages to seller, meantime, I keep loosing returning time.
I went to post office and return item back to seller on 04/17/2026, while last day to return was on 04/18/2026
I sent multiple pictures of packages of return item, tracking number, and receipt to seller
When I try to upload tracking on eBay, it did not take it only let me update status as return item.
Item return on 04/17/26 and it was delivered to seller on 04/20/26 (at 12;10 PM Wednesday)
Per eBay message, item need to ship to seller by 04/18/26 and buyer get refund by 04/24/26.
I have been keep messageing seller with all the screen shot of package shipment, tracking number, delivered to his address, Not a single response from seller, then I requested eBay to step in for help on 04/30/206
On 05/01/26 ebay responded back to me without any proper investigation, eBay closed the case telling me that I did not return item on time, What a JOKE.
I have been calling eBay just about every day asking for help, nothing is happening other then use less AI answer like broken record, same thing again and again with no help
I am prime member on eBay and called them still no response, other than regardless of what time is call, message is always, it is out of service time, whethe 10am, 3pm, or 6pm always out of service time.
Now, I am left without item, without refund, without support from eBay, What the heck
Last year 2025 March similar things happen, Item never received and still showing at UPS shipping but never got deliver lost $372 dollar.
Early January 2026 similar thing happen purchase apple MacBook pro M5, never got delivered to me but it was delivered somewhere in NY, finally seller refunded me, Ohhh
I find eBay is not reliable, and there are more and more scammer on eBay scamming all buyer.
I just wonder it is happening to me only, or there are other buyer finding similar issue on eBay>
I am not just blabbing this, I have full screen by screenshot of all these events,
I am collecting these issue to legal consulting to take an action
would be nice to Chatt with customer who are having similar issues.
