Seller is away...

Question

Hello community, I have a quick question I can't seem to find an answer for here/online, or perhaps I'm just not entering the correct prompts!

I recently tried to purchase a rare record for a birthday gift, added this to my cart, and then I received an automated prompt advising that the seller is away and not currently taking sales.

I understand this, but now, returning to ebay, I can't see anything in my cart and can't find the record.

If a seller has set that they won't allow sales in their absence, will my purchase be processed when they return, or not?

Again, sorry if this information is out there already, but any advice would be appreciated.

@totallylikecosmic if u already paid for it, the seller will send it once they return from time away

No, that option to pay didn't come up, unfortunately, so perhaps they'll see I tried to purchase and may contact me when they're back.

I'll have to wait and see!
