Seller is asking me to pay on cash app
I paid for an item with PayPal and now the seller is saying they’re having issues. He wants to refund my money and me pay with cash app. I don’t want to do that. It makes me feel like it’s not legit

Mentor2 years agoIt is not legit. Tell the seller you can only pay through eBay checkout, which you did - you can not pay him directly through any method.
Tell him if he wants to refund your payment and cancel your purchase, that is OK.
