The seller is asking for my address for one of my orders. Is this common or does this sound like a scam? If so, how do I reach out to eBay about this?

Hi @zpee-30

-If you purchased from the Seller your address is part of the Order details and they can see it when they Print your label of access the transaction details.

-If you messaged them in eBay with a question about an item but have not purchased it they are not entitled to know your address.

If completed, a seller gets the right address to ship to.
