Seller is a scammer. Looked at reviews and he is a total fraud. Just want a refund. Just purchased item yesterday and reports from other buyers claim he doesn't issue refunds, so I'd like to personally take action now immediately and just get my total $150 refund back. Need help. Thanks.

You can REQUEST that you would like to cancel the transaction, but the seller is not obligated to do so. If the seller will not cancel, then you will not be able to do anything until the item is at least one date past the estimated delivery date. In the future, check out the seller BEFORE making a purchase.

Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.

If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.

If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
