Mentor4 months agoYou should have filed a Refund Request per Ebay's Money Back Guarantee within 30 days from estimated date of delivery.Never let a seller give excuses to the point whereby you can no longer get your money back through Ebay. You can leave feedback for the seller.
Contact the payment source you used to pay for the item to file a dispute.
