Seller - International refund for a damaged item due to shipping question
I shipped an item internationally that was damaged by shipping. I fully refunded the buyer on my end, but they are upset because they paid $50 for shipping (through Ebay international). What steps do I need to take to make sure the buyer gets the $50 back for their shipping since I have already fully refunded on my end and thought that was all I had to do. Help.
