Seller inteceted my package after he shipped but i don't request for it.

Hi every one! my package seller shipped then after 2 days seller intercepted. regarding this i sent many messages but seller won't answer . i ask "if you cant ship please full refund my money. " but no Answer. package arrive last days is April 30th 2026. what shall i do about this,
