Seller Information questions
I have always been able to ask a potential seller if they are a smoke free store or environment and now I don't seem to be able to ask that any more. The preset questions don't include that. I can't buy from ebay if that is no longer possible. Contact seller option doesn't seem to allow for a misc. question like that. Suggestions?

Mentor1 year agoIf you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

You should be able to ask anything in a contact seller form. However, not all sellers accept questions before you buy an item. If the seller accepts questions, you'll see Contact seller in the Seller Information section of the listing.
Here's how to get in touch with a seller who accepts questions:
- Go to the Seller Information section at the top of the listing and select Contact Seller.
- Choose the topic that best matches your question on the Find answers page.
- If you can't find a solution to your question, select Other, then select Contact the seller.
- Then you should be able to type any question you have.
