Seller increased their listing price
Hi - a seller had a piece of jewelry listed for $9,999.83. I made an offer; it was rejected (not a problem) but when I went to increase my offer the seller had increased their price to $19,999.83. This was a matter of minutes. Seems like a bait and switch. Is this okay on eBay?

This is NOT bait and switch. Bait and Switch would be if they advertised one item and sent you another one.
Sorry, but for whatever reason, the seller doesn't wish to sell the item at the original listed price.
