seller increase limit
I’m looking for guidance on how to get my selling limits increased.
My limits were recently reduced after my seller performance fell below standard due to a few order cancellations caused by items going out of stock. I understand why this happened and have already made changes. I’m now only listing items I have in hand, monitoring inventory more closely, and ending listings immediately if stock is low.
Right now my monthly limit is very low, and I’m trying to do everything correctly to rebuild trust and performance. For those who have been in a similar situation:
How long did it take for your limits to increase?
What specific actions helped the most?
Is it better to wait it out or request a review once metrics improve?
Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Mentor7 months agoI was a below standard seller years ago. I had a Premium store and was a top rated seller. I had 3 packages that never got an acceptance scan. I refunded each of the buyers, but that didn't matter. I was restricted to listing 10 items per month. As the listings neared their 30 days, they were automatically ended. I couldn't do anything with those ended listings so they were automatically removed when they were 90 days old.
I found items I could list for $5 with free shipping. 7 of those items sold the first week. Now I had to wait until the new month rolled around before I could list another 10 items. All of this took several months, meanwhile I was being charged for the premium store. Eventually I became an above standard seller, and downgraded my store to Basic.
