Seller ignoring my messages via CONTACT SELLER on an ICE TRAY for our LG FRIDGE

Well, I have given the seller enough time to refund my money—they said they always receive the item we ordered—but still only received one--which is so cool!!!!! I now have contacted my CC company to refund $45.10 . If they just communicate with me, it would be so cool! How hard is that? Anyway, let's hope it gets resolved quickly. It hasn't been long / We received the first ice tray on the 8th.
