Seller ignores my request
I opened request with EBAY on item not delivered Seller told me to close the request so he can send me it. After I did that he ignores me for 2 weeks and doesn’t answer.

Mentor9 months agoClosing the request is the way to tell eBay that everything was resolved to your satisfaction. Do not close a request if that is not the case. Closed requests cannot be reopened. eBay can no longer help, now.
You may still have recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer up to six months of protection for items that are not received.
