Seller ignores my messages about product order and information
Hey everyone. I ordered from a seller here. I received no confirmation email. My credit card has been charged. I have emailed the seller multiple times. Seller does not answers me. I don’t see an eBay contract # for help. I’m so frustrated. What do I do? Thank you.

Mentor10 months agoYou need to look at your purchase history and find the last estimated delivery date for the item you purchased. Once this date passes by at least one full day you can open a case for an "Item not received". If the seller cannot prove with tracking that the item was delivered or is still moving through the shippers system within three days then you can go back to the case and "Ask eBay to step in". They will then force a refund.
