Seller ignored my cancellation request, return closed. How can I get a refund?
I had two stitch backpacks in my cart to buy on eBay. I bought one of them thinking it was the other so I cancelled it almost immediately. The seller ignored my cancellation request and a day later shipped it anyway. When I received the item (delayed by the way) I requested a refund (they don't take refunds but I was hoping they'd make an exception) and they declined a day later. They were very fast declining refunds but slacked when I cancelled the order. The return request has already been closed for good, what do I do to get my money back??

Mentor11 months agoAll a buyer can do is request a cancellation. Only a seller can cancel a purchase and they are not required to do this. Since your request was denied all you can do is to ask your payment source for a charge back. Keep in mind that you may be required to return the item at your expense to get the charge back.
