How can I tell if he is still in business. I ordered a book and never got tracking. Sent 2 messages, no response. His "about" pages says ship same day. That was Dec 5. supposed to arrived 12/9. Seller is 1earlybird. All his feedback is old, but I know most people don't leave feedback. Any ideas?

Mentor2 years agoIt looks like he listed a number of items on 12/3, but had not been actively selling before that.
I think I would open a not received claim and get a refund - he might have forgotten about his listings, or got tied up with other issues.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
