Seller Hub shows "Item to Ship and Print Label" but this looks to be a Duplicate
My Seller Hub shows "Item to Ship and Print Label" but this looks to be a Duplicate of an item I sold to a buyer on Sunday and shipped on Monday when comparing the Order # and Item #.
Maybe this is a coincidence but this is also the same item that I did not receive email confirmation of the sale but the item did sell.
Now I'm showing the item that needs to be shipped as being "Awaiting Shipment/Overdue".
I contacted a customer service agent to notify them of the problems and they took down the report.
Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem(s)?
