Seller hesitating to issue refund

Ordered an item from a seller who offers free returns however, I found the item for much cheaper price. Requested a refund and the seller is hesitating to issue the refund quoting that it’s not fair that he has to pay the return shipping?

Have you opened an official return request.

If the seller has free return shipping, a return shipping label should be provided and you will be refunded when the item is returned.

If the seller does not cooperate, you will be able to escalate the return case. eBay will step in to help.
