Seller help needed
Buyer not responding, no payment made. No clear way on eBay to cancel order due to non payment and fees reimbursed. Is there a 1-800 number for customer service?

·2 years agoYou have to wait 4 full calendar days. After the 5th midnight Pacific Time go to your list of sold items (e.g. in the Seller Hub or My eBay: Selling: Sold) and find the link to cancel the order (probably under a "more actions" or the like dropdown). Choose the unpaid option. That clears up your Final Value Fees (insertion fees including optional upgrades are usually not refundable for non-payment by the buyer), gives the buyer a "strike" that counts towards' the Buyer Requirement any seller can set to automatically block anyone with at least 2 in the past 12 months, and protects you from bad feedback from that buyer.
