Seller having problems entering tracking info
Our company is unable to enter tracking numbers for orders that we have sold and shipped. A white box appears and the only information in the box is a message that reads:
Something went wrong while loading this page. Please try again.
Several staff, from several different computers have attempted to add tracking info for shipped orders and all have received the error. Is anyone else having this issue? Do we know if Ebay is aware of this?

OP1 year agoMy personal account, which I have no sales history on, is linked to my company's account. Here is one of my company's sales items that was recently sold: Custom label (SKU): 20MSB-HS93 Item ID: 266031871006
We do not purchase our labels on Ebay however, yes, we do ship with one of eBay's integrated carriers. We ship primarily using FedEx. The curious thing is, we have been adding tracking numbers to orders, each time we sold an item, up until very recently. We were able to add a tracking number to an order shipped on Jan. 8th, 2025. This order was shipped using FedEx as we always do and yet, we are unable to add the tracking number now. We now get this message in an empty white text box:
Something went wrong while loading this page. Please try again.

Your best bet is to message eBay on their Facebook page. They would be able to look at the account involved. When you message them, they will need to verify your account. That is normal.

I just checked the reports of technical issues and there's an alert that says people that have multi user accounts are having problems adding tracking. It is Alert #15675.
If you haven't already messaged eBay on Facebook, be sure to give them that number to be added to the Alert.

As far as adding tracking, did you purchase your labels on eBay? Did you ship via one of eBay's integrated carriers? If your company used a carrier that is not integrated with eBay, eBay will not accept the tracking.
