seller hasn't shipped the item it has been 20 days
So I bought a watch on Dec 11th tried to email the seller on the 16th because he hadn't shipped it, no response, so I asked to cancel it, seller refused to cancel it and still hasn't mailed it. I can't find any place on eBay where I can report this. Please help.

Mentor7 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
