Seller hasn't shipped or responded to my message
It has been 4 days and the seller has not shipped my item. I messaged them politely for an ETA but they never responded. Maybe I shouldn't have bought from a new seller- but I did. Do I have any recourse? I paid by credit card.

Mentor3 years agoThe ETA was shown on the listing when you made your purchase and can now be found in your Purchase History.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
