Seller hasn't shipped item yet
I purchased an item on Friday of last week, paid the same day. The seller created a shipping label on Sunday but has yet to ship the item out. I messaged them yesterday, they apologized and said they would ship it out today. That didn't happen. I am not sure if I should ask for a refund or what? This person has my money and has shown no interest in getting the item to me. It has been almost a week since the purchase. I was supposed to get the item on Tuesday and was looking forward to it. I am not sure if I should reach out again or just try and get the refund.

Mentor6 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

OP6 months agoThank you for that information. I messaged the seller again asking if they shipped the item. The delivery date is suppose to be March 3rd through the 7th.
