Seller hasn't shipped item

I have reached out to the seller numerous times and he doesn't respond. eBay is a joke at the moment. I requested to cancel the item but still no response. What do I do?

Sellers are not obligated to agree to requests from buyers to cancel their orders.

What is the estimated date of delivery?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
