Seller hasn’t shipped in over a week. No response to queries
It has been 9 days since I paid for my item (Apple Watch 7, listed as new). I have sent 3 messages since purchase and there has been zero acknowledgement. I am done with this seller. What do I do? I just want a refund at this point.

Here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

OP5 months agoThanks. I was hoping there were other options, but I guess you can’t force a seller to respond to messages. I am an infrequent buyer and sell even less often, but this sort of seller behavior is maddening. Great way to get a lousy rating! Good thing most sellers are super responsive. I don’t understand why people list sales if they don’t want to perform the sales tasks…
