seller hasn't mailed package and won't respond to messages
I ordered an item nearly two weeks ago and the seller hasn't shipped it and won't respond to my messages and eBay won't let me open a dispute. What in the world do I do?

May 20th???? What is it and where is it coming from? The Seller may be trying to string you out past the 30 day eBay protection window. Is that the time frame the listing states or did the Seller message you and tell you that???

Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
