How long is â€œtoo longâ€? Thatâ€™s a vague description thatâ€™s open to interpretation. If you bought it the middle of last week, and the seller hasnâ€™t shipped, check their handling time in the listing. A seller can have a shipping time between a day and a number of days, and that only applies to business days. If I had sold something last Wednesday, and had a five day handling time, I wouldnâ€™t have to ship until this Wednesday. On the other hand, if itâ€™s been so long itâ€™s approaching or has passed the estimated date of delivery, first reach out to the seller. The beginning of March, I sold an item, then promptly had a major medical issue and literally ended up lying unconscious for several days. I was very glad when I finally got home that my buyer was being patient. I communicated with them right away, and it took me another week to get the package out, but I was blessed with a patient buyer. Things happen. If you donâ€™t hear from them in a couple of days, and the estimated date of delivery has passed, find the item in your purchase history and open an item not received case. That will either jar the seller awake if theyâ€™re just being uncommunicative, or start you on the steps to a refund.

If your item does not arrive by the Last Estimated Delivery Date shown on your order, you can open an Item Not Received Request.

If the item is moving in the postal system and has recent scans, please give the item time to arrive.
