Seller hasn’t shipped 6 days after purchase and does not respond to messages.
I have told the seller I need a response today on when the item will be shipped OR I want to cancel. Anyone have similar problem?

OP2 years agoThank you for the clarification. The order was placed (and paid for) on July 18, with the expected delivery between July 24 (today) and July 29th. The order has not been shipped yet and the seller has not responded to 2 messages Ive sent asking when it will be shipped.

I am sorry that your seller is not responding. You can open on the not received case on 7/30 if you still do not have your item. I am always hopeful 🙂

You can only ask the seller to cancel your purchase, you can not cancel it.
You have to wait until the item is past due before you can ask eBay for a refund. When is the expected delivery?
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
