Seller has refused to send return label
Ebay has said seller is responsible for shipping but seller is refusing to send label.

·3 years agoWhere is the seller located? Only US sellers can be forced to send a label. If the seller isn't in the US figure the cost to return the item to their country with tracking and ask the seller tosend you shipping costs up front.

Mentor3 years agoOn day 3 or 4 you will be able to ask for eBay to step in. That will trigger a refund, usually in just a few minutes. (It can take time, depending on your funding source, for the refund to show up. For instance, it takes one billing cycle to show back to a credit card.)
If you do not receive a shipping label, you don’t have to return it.
