Seller has possibly left Ebay and I haven't received my item.
On April 9 I ordered an item from tratrau.o6nyhi8x (order# 08-11422-35844). Item was paid for on April 9. Today there is no tracking or shipping info supplied by seller. Item was promised for delivery from April 12-to April 17. The seller has no other items for sale (as per seller's profile). The last feedback posted was over a year ago. I have sent the seller 3 messages requesting tracking info and have not received any replies.
I suspect this seller is no longer active on eBay but the listing for the item I ordered has remained active in error.
When attempting to open a request (via More Actions-I didn't receive it) --I get the automatic response "If you haven't received your item by Apr 17, go to your Purchases and find the item. Then select More actions beside the item and choose I didn't receive it to open a request" and am unable to proceed with a claim.
How do I have this matter escalated and resolved?

You must wait until the item is late. If 4/17 is the latest estimated delivery date, then you will see 'I didn't receive it' on the 18th.
