I think you mean that a Buyer has paid for their item and wants shipping delayed. They should have asked you about that before committing to buy the item.

If you wait 3 weeks to ship the item you will get a defect on your account. Depending on the shipping service you use, you may want to suggest to your buyer that they contact the Shipper about holding the package for pick up or schedule delivery starting the day after they return home.
