Seller has not shipped purchase or responded to messages for over 10 days
Purchased on July 9, 2023 and seller has not shipped product or responded to messages sent. What can I do? Where is Ebay support? Has seller already been paid by Ebay?

Mentor3 years agoSellers are not required to respond to messages, though many sellers will. Nor are sellers required to provide a tracking number, so there is no way to know if the item has shipped already or not.
Once the last estimated delivery date has passed, the buyer can file an "item not received" case with eBay. At that point, the seller has three business days to provide a tracking number that shows delivery or to refund the buyer. If the seller cannot do that, the buyer has up to 21 business days to ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
