Seller has not shipped out order yet.

Question

It has been nearly 2 weeks and my order has still not been shipped yet. I contacted the seller last week and they notified me it would be shipped out last week, still nothing. What can I do? The details state it should have been sent out within 7 days.

Almost all eBay purchases are covered by the eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you go to the Order Details for this transaction, you should see the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, you can open an Item Not Received refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a valid tracking number showing it's in transit or a full refund.

If the Seller does not respond on time, go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund. You need to open that request on eBay to start the refund process.
