Seller has not shipped an item in 6 months
Bought an item in May 2024, the seller still has not shipped and I am not able to start an "item not recieved" claim from my purchase history.
Now the seller wont respond.
Is there any way to get a refund? Surely Ebay can see this item has not even been shipped yet

Mentor1 year agoIt has been far too long to get resolution from eBay for this transaction.
It has been almost 11 months. I'm sorry, they can only help you if you contact them within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
