Seller has not responded and has not sent my item
I bought an item more than a week ago, and I have not received any responses or my item. When I go to purchases, it will not let me open an appeal, although it told me I would be able to today.

Mentor2 years agoWhen is the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History?
You should be able to file an "item not received" case the next day. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery. If not, after that you can ask eBay to step in.
