Seller has not refunded cost on non-delivered books. They put a USPS on them but never follow up
I purchased them on March 11th and did contact the seller on them being missing. They never contacted me.

You had 30 days from the estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request if tracking does not prove delivery.
If that date has passed, you can file a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal or contact your payment source.
