Seller has not recieved payment I made.
I paid for as item as soon as I won the action. I paid with the "pay in 4 easy payments of $9.20" option. My account shows the 1st payment of $9.20 has been withdrawn. Emailed seller, they replied that the item has not been paid for. Ebay still shows that this item still has to paid for.

Mentor10 months agoEbay payouts to the seller have no correlation to your payment for the item.
Ebay will release the payout to the seller after tracking indicates the item has been delivered, unless the seller's payout is subject to a hold, such as being a new/infrequent seller.
