Seller has not contacted me
An item that was supposesd to be here March 17-22 has not arrived. I ordered it on March 5th. It has not even shipped yet! I contacted the seller last week and still have not heard anything! Using the Ebay site is frustrating! I want to chat with a person either on the computer or by phone and it won't let me do it. Any advice? Thanks!

Chatting with eBay is not the best way to handle this problem.
If the ‘estimated delivery date’ has passed … you need to go to your Purchase History and file an ‘Item not received’ dispute. [You probably can do that today.]
