seller has not ben paid
I bought something from a seller and paid immediately. I picked up the item, but neither of us knew about the number I was supposed to give her. The transaction was back in September. We have been trying ever since, and cannot figure out how for her to get her money. I sent her the number, but she can't find where to put it in. I left positive feedback, which I read was supposed to work, but it didn't. The item still shows that I haven't picked it up.

OP8 months agoI also tried to say I didn't get the item, but was told it was too late.

Mentor8 months agoWas the listing set up for Local Pickup, and you selected it? If so, ebay sends you the QR code as well as a 6 digit code to show your seller upon pickup. If you never showed the seller either of those codes, ebay doesn't know you picked up the item. The payout should have been completed 30 days after the transaction if no case was filed.
