Seller has no intent to ship. Feared money has been stolen
I've been a member for 24 years. I've kinda seen it all...or so I thought. I needed some batteries so I bought a few from China. The shipping date was a month out, it seems legit ( I know I know) but I took a chance. Soon after the tracking number was provided and an estimated delivery date was set (june 14th). A few days later, I checked the status and the listing was canceled with no way to contact the seller. Whenever I go through the steps to open a case, it wont let me until after the estimated delivery date has been met. Ebay has 'steps' to process this but wont let me circumvent the system to contact them directly to get a refund or start the process. Am I bound to wait another month while the thief gets away? Any suggestions?

Mentor3 years agoIf the seller canceled the order, a refund was automatically initiated. You should have received a confirmation. It may take several days to see the actual refund come through.
