Seller has gone incommunicado
Hi
I bought an item - the seller now has gone to radio silence. Is there an email or phone number to contact ebay to get my money back
It has been over 7 days the seller added a tracking number but that says the item is not ready to ship. And the seller is not replying to my messages.
How can I put a hold until the item ships.

You were given an Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) when you purchased the item … which you can find in the Order Details of your Purchase History.
You will be able to file an ‘Item Not Received’ (INR) claim the day after EDD. You do that from your Purchase History.
There is no need to send any messages to eBay. Filing the INR claim is all you need to do to start the process towards a full refund.
