Seller has Global delivery through eBay. My bid has been rejected by eBay. I have 100% rating. Why?
The seller is based in England. He ships worldwide through the eBay Global system. I have tried to Buy-it-Now but eBay message says this sale does not qualify. Why is my offer being rejected? I have 100% rating with eBay.
