Seller has disappeared and order has too. I have the order number.

I bought from . I have the confirmation email and the order number.
Since the purchase, they have received exclusively bad reviews stating that the orders don't arrive and the seller does not respond.
The order is over a week late, and eBay does not show it in my history.
The AI assistant won't put me through to a human.
How do I get get my refund.

LOG OUT of your regular eBay account and then request the guest account email if you can not find it.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou are asking this question on the eBay USA site. We cannot help with questions for other eBay sites as rules can be different. You will need to log out of this site and then ask your question to the mentors there.
However, we can tell you that if you purchased the item as a guest then it will not be part of your purchase history. You would need to find the email confirmation for the item and use the special log in instructions to find the item and open any case or request you need.
