Seller has broken contact
I contacted the seller “Clayton Hines†with a question about a bow sight he was selling. The seller offered me a cheaper price if I paid him through Venmo, which I accepted and paid. The seller made a couple of promises the following days about shipping but since then absolutely no contact nor have I received tracking. What can I do to attempt to get a refund of the $200 I paid?

Mentor3 years agoVenmo is not an accepted payment on eBay.
If you arranged an off-eBay transaction, eBay is not involved in your transaction and you have no protection from eBay.
