seller has breached our contract

Question

i returned the item that was not as it was discribed at a usps cost of 44.75 upon the insistance of the seller even though I only payed 39.16 for the product.Seller wouldnt send a label nore would they (Lily )refund me untill the item was inspected at there wherhouse in china which was unreasonable in itself but then assured me via emails that my expence for shipping would be paid back at which they have not.Now what ebay ?

Unfortunately, it is too late for eBay to help you - you needed to open a return request and then ask eBay to step in when the seller could not provide a label. They could have instructed him to send you the money for postage. They can not force him to reimburse you now.

If you opened a request and your refund has not been issued, go to your request and click ask us to step in.

If you did not open a request, call your card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a return with no refund.
