How to report a seller for harassment after leaving negative review?

Ebay has added a feature in eBay messaging to report unwanted messages. Depending on your device, the Report feature is either under the Action menu or the three dots in the upper right. You only need to report one message and then eBay can read the rest from that Seller.
In the meantime you can block their ID and not respond.
