Seller harassing emails
I bought an item that never arrived. I asked the seller for a refund and they dragged their feet. I opened a dispute and they complained that I opened a dispute. I escalated it to eBay and eventually got a refund. Because of the way they behaved I left negative feedback. Now the seller is sending me harassing messages several times a day urging me to remove my feedback. I can’t find anything about handling this.

You can use the "Report message" feature in eBay messages . Click on the three dots (see screenshot below):
